Teddy Earl Cain

Mr. Teddy Earl Cain, 75, of 14608 Bridle Trace Lane, Pineville, formerly of Garland, passed away on Tuesday, June 06, 2023, at Atrium Health Mercy of Carolina’s Medical Center, Charlotte.

Teddy was born September 16, 1947, in Sampson Co. the son of the late Adrain Cain and his wife Annie Lou Strickland Cain.  He served the Garland Community for many years as a painter, working for himself.  In addition to his parents, Teddy is preceded in death by his wife: Clara “Lee” Powell Cain, one daughter: Angela L. Cain, two brothers: Bennie Cain; and Willie Ray Cain.

A Graveside Service will be held at 3:00 PM, Sunday, June 11, 2023, at the Garland Cemetery. Reverend Dewey Ball will officiate the service.

Teddy leaves to cherish his memory his daughter: Crystal Allen and husband Joseph of Pineville, four sisters: Susan Beasley; Diane Jernigan; Carrie Segar; and Elouise Norris., four brothers: James “Buddy” Cain; Travis Cain; Thomas Cain; and Donnie Cain, 6 grandchildren: Katie Redwine; Joshua Allen; Jacob Allen; Chloe Green; Natalie Allen; and Joseph Allen, and nephew: Johnny Cain of Garland.

The family will receive friends prior to the service on Sunday, June 11, 2023, from 1:30-2:30 PM, at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
