Mrs. Shirley Lamb Parker 68 of 165 Old US 701 Hwy. died Tuesday October 4, 2016 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, NC.
Mrs. Parker was born January 16, 1948 in Sampson Co. the daughter of late Mitchell Lamb and Claudie Williams Lamb. She was preceded in death by her husband Milton Parker.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, October 17, 2016 at Carter Funeral Home by the Reverend Jerry Parker. Burial will follow in the Smith Chapel Church Cemetery in Garland.
Mrs. Parker is survived by two brothers, Jimmy Lamb of Clinton, Aaron Lamb of Newburg, NY, two sisters, Lizzie Howard of Hampton, Va., Bessie Watts of Pittsburg, PA., nieces, Glenda Miller of Charlotte, NC, Vondrette Davis.
The public will be received from 1:00P.M.-5:00P.M. Sunday, October 16, 2016 at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
