Peggy Ann (Norris) Ruffin

Mrs. Ruffin was born March 14, 1944. She was preceded in death by her parents Gaddie and Nettie Norris and one sister Pansy N. Autry.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Friday, April 03, 2020 at Smith Cemetery, Mote Rd., Harrells, NC

Mrs. Ruffin is survived by her husband Thomas “TL” Ruffin, Jr. of the home, two sons Michael A. Ruffin and Robyn of Roseboro, Jeffrey T. Ruffin and Heidi Cartrette of Garland, five grandchildren Katelyn and Matthew Ruffin of Godwin, Erin Ruffin of Roseboro, Bryan and Kelsie Baranowski of Salemburg, one great-grandchild William R. Kelton and two sisters Libby Rogers of Murrells Inlet, SC and Janice Bordeaux of Garland.

Mrs. Ruffin was a lifelong member of Beards Chapel Church. She was employed by Bladen County Schools and worked at Bladen Lakes Primary School in the cafeteria for 32 years.

A walk through visitation will be held on Thursday, April 02, 2020 from 1:00 PM – 7:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home in Garland and other times at the home.
