Patricia Owens Sellers

Ms. Patricia Ann Owens Sellers, 65, of 3695 NC Hwy 210 W., Garland, passed away on Thursday, September 26, 2024, at Bladen County Hospital, Elizabethtown, NC.

Patricia was born on September 23, 1959, in Bladen County, to the late Bessie Townsend and Marvin Owens. In addition to her parents, Patricia is preceded in death by her husband: James Sellers, siblings: Jimmy Robinson; Harry Owens; Daniel Owens; Arthur Owens; Johnny Owens; Carolyn Boykin; Mimi Gale Owens; Sandra Owens; Sennie Brothers; Betty Newkirk; Cathy McMillian. Patricia enjoyed a career as a CNA in the Health Care Industry. 

A Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM, on Friday, October 04, 2024, at United Faith Ministries, 508 Homer Drive, Elizabethtown, NC. Interment to follow at Owens Cemetery, 119 Parkway Ave., Garland, NC. 

Patricia leaves to cherish her memory, two daughters: Jennifer Banks (Stanley) of Clarkton; Jackie Bronson (Aaron) of McLeansville, four brothers: Donald Ray Owens of Roseboro; Leander Owens (Annie) of Garland; Marvin Owens Jr. (Christina) of Whiteville; Howard Owens (Everlene) of Garland, three sisters: Janice Highsmith of Garland; Phyllis Sutton (James) of Windsor; Debor Lloyd of Garland, 9 grandchildren, and many nieces; nephews, and other family members, and friends of the community. 

A Viewing will be held from 1:00-6:00 PM, Thursday, October 03, 2024, at Carter Funeral Home, 111 N. Ingold Ave., Garland. The family will be present from 5:00-6:00 PM.
