Ms. Katie Mae Smith 85 of 849 Flushing Ave. Brooklyn, NY, formerly of Sampson Co., died Thursday, March 17, 2015 at Jamaica Hospital in Jamaica, NY.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00P.M. Tuesday, March 24, 2015 at Hayes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church 2580 Hayes Chapel Rd, Rose Hill, NC, by the Reverend Alfred Holston. Burial will follow in the Smith cemetery in Rose Hill, NC.
Ms. Smith is survived by one daughter,Marie Manley of St. Albany, NY, one son Freddie W. Wood of Jamaica, NY, one sister, Eva Bronson of Magnolia, NC.
