Funeral service will be held at 2:00P.M. Thurday, April 16, 2015 at Keathern Chapel Baptist Church, 92 Bland School Rd., Harrells, NC. Burial will follow in the Maynor Family Cemetery.
Mr. Mathis is survived by his wife, Ella B. Mathis, three daughters, Angela Stephens of Poughkeepsie, NY, LaTonya Mathis of Delway, NC, Tanisha Moore of Fayetteville, NC three sons, Paul Mathis of Poughkeepsie, NY, Willie F. Mathis Jr., of Clintondale, NY, Mark A.
