Mrs. Merrietta Carter Robinson 87 of 180 Southwood Dr. Clinton, NC formerly of Garland died Wednesday, August 08, 2012 at Southwood Nursing Center in Clinton, NC.
Mrs. Robinson was the daughter of the late Lollie Cain Carter and Eugene Carter. She was preceded in death by her husband, Henry Lee Robinson, son, Gary Lee Robinson, daughter, Janet Lee Robinson, three sisters, Eloise Blackburn, Eleanor Jackson, Ruth Jernigan, Francenia Carter, and brother, David H. Carter.
Funeral service will be held at 3:00PM Friday, August 10, 2012 at the Garland Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church, by the Reverend Fred Pleasant. Burial will follow in the Carter Cemetery.
Mrs. Robinson is survived by one sister Uldine Keith of Raleigh, one grandson, Chris Robinson of Clinton, one great-granddaughter, McKenzie Robinson of Clinton, one great-grandson Kaden Holden of Clinton, several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 2:00P.M.-3:00P.M., Friday, August 10, 2012 at the church before the service.
