Mrs. Lisa Marie Carter Sparhawk, 45, of 2683 Hobbs Road, Roseboro, passed away on Thursday, October 31, 2013 at Carolina East/Quinn Hospice Center in Kenansville.
She was preceded in death by her father, David H. Carter, Jr.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, Nov. 2, 2013 at 3:00 P. M. at Mintz Baptist Church with Dr. John McBride officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mrs. Sparhawk is survived by: Husband, Timothy Sparhawk, of the home; Son, David Sparhawk, of the home; Daughter, Samantha Sparhawk, of Roseboro; Mother and Step-Father, Linda and William Justice, of Garland; Sisters, Amanda Thomas, of Mt. Olive; Two Step-Sisters, Patricia Rackley and Melissa Stevens, both of Wilmington.
The family will receive friends on Friday from 6:00 till 8:00 P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
