A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday,November 04, 2014 at Cypress Creek Baptist Church Cemetery 1321 Old Fayetteville Rd.,Garland, NC., by the Reverend Randall Smith.
Mrs. Blake is survived by three sons, Scott Blake of Rocky Point, Tracy Blake of Wilmington, Jody Blake of San Antonio, Tx, one brother,Floyd Moore of Garland, one sister Lois Morey of Wilmington, 5 grandchildren.
