Mrs. Evelyn Fryar Jones 93, of 1210 Old Mintz Hwy., died Wednesday, July 10, 2013 at Mary Gran Nursing Center in Clinton, NC.
Mrs. Jones was preceded in death by two husbands, Julius Erastus "Rat” Fryar and Bruce Jones, and a son, Donald Fryar.
Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Garland Pentecostal Free Will Baptist Church by the Reverend Marty Tew, Reverend Fred Pleasant, Reverend Dewey Ball. Burial will follow in the Carter cemetery.
Mrs. Jones is survived by three sons, Jimmy Fryar of Myrtle Beach, SC, Mack Fryar, Tallahassee, Fl., Danny Fryar of Clinton, 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends from 7:00P.M.-9:00P.M. Friday, July 12, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home in Garland, and other times at the home of Danny Fryar, 108 Summertree Court, Clinton, NC.
