Mr. Ross Melvin 76 of 900 Daphia Circle. formerly of Sampson Co. died Monday, September 19, 2011 at his residence.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday at Garland First Baptist Church. Burial will follow in the Garland Community Cemetery in Garland.
Mr. Melvin is survived by four sons, Ross C. Melvin, Garnell Melvin, Terence Melvin, Roderick Melvin, five daughters, Freeda Endicott, Prescilla Melvin, Terry Ellison, Kimberly Melvin, Nicole Melvin-Bright, one sister, Mary Lois Herring, 10 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild.
The public will be received Saturday, September 24, 2011 fro 1:00PM-5:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland
