A memorial service will be held on Friday, Jan. 24, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Garland Baptist Church.
Mr. Williams is survived by: wife, Kristina Deaver Williams, of the home; two daughters, Victoria Williams and Meadow Williams, both of Garland; two sons, Jordan Williams and Joseph Williams, Jr., both of Garland; parents, Arthur Williams, Jr. and Louise Williams, both of Garland; sister, Emily Spell, of Garland.
