Mr. Johnnie Edward Mote 75 of 317 Mote Field Rd., died Saturday, September 21, 2013 at Southeastern Regional Medical Center in Lumberton, NC.
Mr. Mote was preceded in death by his wife Jessie Dowless Mote, and a brother Donnie Mote.
Funeral service will be Tuesday, September 24, 2013 at 3:00 P.M. at Colly Chapel Church by the Reverend Jim Woodruff, and Reverend Walter Hayes. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Mote is survived by one daughter Patricia Johnson of Harrells, one son Stephen Norris of White Oak, step-children, John Gardner of Harrells, Teresa Highsmith of Elizabethtown, Annette Price of Harrells, five brothers, Marvin Mote, George Mote, Ruben Mote, all of Harrells, Allen Mote of Ammon, Elmer Mote of Bladenboro, 3 grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6:00P.M.-8:00 P.M., Monday September 23, 2013 at Colly Chapel Church, Mote Rd., Harrells, NC.
