Mr. Clayton Johnson 72 of Odham Ave., Garland, died Wednesday, January 1, 2014 at his residence.
Mr. Johnson was a native of Bladen County, the son of the late Johnnie W. and Annie Mae Smith Johnson.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2014 at 2:00 PM at Garland Pentecostal Freewill Baptist Church with the Rev. Marty Tew and Rev. Odell Peterson officiating. Burial will follow in the Garland Cemetery.
Mr. Johnson is survived by: wife, Barbara Jean Johnson, of the home; daughter, Belinda Boyette, of Turkey; grandson, Dustin Dudley, of Turkey; sister, Barbara Peterson, of Garland; brother, Bobby Johnson, of Lumberton.
The family will receive friends on Friday night from 6:30 till 8:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
