Mr. Charles Thornton Anders, 71 of 3775 Wilbur Pridgen Rd. Kerr Station, NC died Saturday, September 28, 2013 at Wayne Memorial Hospital in Goldsboro, NC.
Mr. Anders was born December 20, 1941 in New Hanover Co. He was preceded in death by his father Jeff Anders and a sister, Elaine Connell.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, October 02, 2013 at Harmony Presbyterian Church, by the Reverend Herbert Pate. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
Mr. Anders is survived by his wife, Darlene Anders, three daughters Kimberly Scaggs of Illinois, Allyson Moore of Harrells, Deanna Anders of Kerr Station, mother Wanda Pate Anders of Kerr Station, one brother Joe Anders of Kerr Station, one sister Peggy Carter of Clinton, two step-daughters, Pamela Hogan of New Bern, Teresa Fisher of Wallace, one son Dale Fisher of Kelly, 5 grandchildren, 9 step-grandchildren.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, October 01, 2013 from 6:00P.M.-8:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
