Funeral service will be held at 7:00P.M. Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Carter Funeral Home, by the Reverend Dewey Ball.
Mr. Blackburn is survived by one daughter, Monica Blackburn of Pinetown, one son, Aaron Johnson of Garland, mother, Lillie Queen Biegler of Garland, father, Carl Blackburn of Washington, one brother Stewart Biegler of Garland, one grandson, Ethan Amick.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 P.M.-7:00PM, Thursday, September 12, 2013 before the service.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carter Funeral Home for funeral expense for Mr. Blackburn.
