Mr. Billy Ray Norris 54 of 663 Pine Acres Rd. White Oak, NC died Monday, September 09, 2013.
Mr. Norris was preceded in death by his father, Reverend Herman Lee Norris, brother, Ricky Lee Norris, two sisters, Vivian Kay Jones, Teresa Lynn Key.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 12, 2013 at Cedar Creek Church of God East in Garland, by the Reverend Danny Rich. Burial will follow in the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery.
Mr. Norris is survived by his mother, Mary Norris of Garland, one daughter Michelle, one brother, Robert Dean Norris and wife Carol of Garland, two aunts, Glenda Vinson of Autryville, Merle Worley of Whiteville.
The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 11, 2013 from 7:00P.M.-9:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland and other time at the home of Mary Norris 1632 Davis Rd., Garland, NC.
