Milton Ray Norris

Mr. Milton Ray Norris, 86, of 2035 Norris Rd. Garland, NC, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021, at his residence.

Mr. Norris was born April 17, 1935, in Sampson Co. the son of the later Milton L. Norris and Mildred Elizabeth Merritt Norris.   He was preceded in death by a sister, Inez Benton, and a brother Donald Norris.

The funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, December 11, 2021, at Parkersburg Baptist Church.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Norris is survived by his wife, Peggy Butler Norris, three daughters, Beth Coldwell and husband Steve of Garland, Jo Strickland of Garland, Wendy Taylor of Garland, 6 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, December 11, 2021, from 12:00 P.M.-12:50 P.M. at Parkersburg Baptist Church before the service.
