Michealangelo "Mike" Maurice Murphy

Mr. Michealangelo “Mike” Maurice Murphy, 51, of 2435 Harrells Way, Garland, passed away on Thursday, May 26, 2022, at UNC Rex Hospital in Raleigh.

Mike was born December 08, 1970, in Sampson County to the late Robert Earl Murphy and Merian Boykin Smith. He is preceded in death by his father: Robert Earl Murphy.

A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, June 01, 2022, at Carter Funeral Home in Garland. Interment to follow the service at Lamb Cemetery in Garland. Rev. Tommy McLymore will be officiating the service.

A viewing will be held on Tuesday, May 31, 2022, from 1:00-6:00 PM, at Carter Funeral Home in Garland. The family will be present from 5:00-6:00 PM to receive friends.
