Mark Edward Hill

Mark Edward Hill, 68, born April 12, 1956, to Harvey and Rosemary Hill in Columbus, Ohio, died suddenly at his home in Sellers, South Carolina on May 9, 2024.

Mark is preceded in death by his son Paul Hill, father Harvey Hill, brother Brian Hill and his father and mother in law George and Frances Gaskins.

Mark graduated from Groveport Madison High School in Groveport, Ohio. He was a proud military veteran where he served in the Navy for 20 years and then retired. Mark received 3 bachelor degrees while in the Navy.

Mark is survived by his wife Rubbie Hill, his children Mark G. Hill, Nora ( Joe) Paskins and Michael Hill, his sisters Carolyn (Scott) Hamilton, Pam Hill, Tammy (Jim) McCabe, Hope (John) Ripley, and Malinda (Del) Molkentine, brothers Phil Hill and Stephen (Susan) Hill, and his grandchildren Amber, Olivia, Kenneth, Paul, Catelyn, Nora E., Brynen, Kyle, Sydnie, and several great-grandchildren.

Cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM, on Thursday, May 16, 2024 at the Park in Clinton, North Carolina.
