Mr. Johnny Ray Merritt, 48 of 90 Castle Lane, Harrells, NC, died February 7, 2017.
Mr. Merritt, was born in Duplin County, the son of Mr. John Wesley Murphy and Annie Mae Moore Merritt
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday February 11, 2017 at Hayes Chapel Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Anthony Whitted. Burial will follow in the Merritt cemetery.
Mr. Merritt is survived by his parents John Wesley Merritt and Annie Mae Moore Merritt, one son Malcolm Carter, one daughter, Amaiya Merritt and one brother Stanley Merritt
A viewing will be held Friday, February 10, 2017 from1:00 PM-7:00PM with family present form 6:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home of Garland.
