Edna Pearl Lewis

Mrs. Edna Pearl Lewis, 89, of 1549 Tomahawk Hwy., Harrells, passed away on died Monday, September 28, 2020 at Sampson Regional Medical Center, Clinton.

Mrs. Lewis was born in Sampson Co. the daughter of the late Joel Sellars and Lillie Mae Fennell. She was preceded in death by one sister, Betty Johnson, one brother, Willie Ras Sellars.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 A.M., Saturday, October 03, 2020 at Keathern Chapel Baptist Church, Harrells, NC.

Mrs. Lewis is survived by three daughters, Diane Carr of Baltimore, MD, Linda Harrington (Willie) of Clinton, Lorraine Lewis of Harrells, four son, Lonnie Lewis (Teresa) of Neman, Ga., Alvin Matthis of Greensboro, Deewee Carr (Denise) of Yeadon, Pa, Perry Smith of Brooklyn, NY, one sister, Gloria Alford of Harrells, three brothers, Jimmy Sellars of Washington, DC, Ivory Sellars of Philadelphia, Pa, Jeff Sellars of Harrells, a special granddaughter, Aleasha McPhail (Michael), and 10 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.

A public viewing will be held on Friday, October 02, 2020 from 1:00 P.M.-6:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
