Donnie Harold Long

Mr. Donnie Harold Long 79 of 208 Mercer Rd. Elizabethtown, NC died Thursday, October 08, 2015 at Elizabethtown Nursing Center in Elizabethtown, NC.

Mr. Long was born May 20, 1936 in Bladen Co., the son of the late Ira Edward Long and Florence Smith Long. He was preceded in death by three brothers, Homer Long, Wilbert Long, James C. Long, and a sister, Gladys L. Thomas.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, October 10, 2015 at Carter Funeral Home by the Reverend Carey Horrell. Burial will follow in the Long Cemetery, Ira Long Rd., Harrells, NC.

Mr. Long is survived by three daughters, Diann L. Wells of Wilmington, Susan L. Lanier (Keith) of Harrells, Morgan L. Griffin (Jeff) of Goldsboro, two sons, Donnie Michael Long (Susan) of Rose Hill, John Harold Long of Harrells,one brothe
