Dexter was born November 08, 1956 in Sampson County to the late David Council and Ella Jane Owens. He was a veteran of the United States Marines.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, June 12, 2021 at Garland Community Cemetery with the Reverend Tommy Carr officiating.
A viewing will be held on Friday, June 11, 2021 from 1:00-6:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
