Bunny Lynn Herring

Bunny Lynn Herring, 58, of Whitsett NC passed away on June 10th 2022. Bunny was born on March 29th 1964 in New York City to her Mother, Mary Magdalene Herring and her Father, Cassell Herring. Bunny excelled in everything she did, she did exceptional in school and went on to further her college education, majoring in the field of Criminal Justice. Bunny grew up surrounded by her large family, she later moved to North Carolina where she worked as a Social Worker and Medical Appointment Scheduler. Bunny was a very loving, special, and compassionate person, born on Easter Sunday “Bunny” became her birth name to later fill the hearts of many in her life.

Bunny Herring is survived by Daughter, Kntasha Noel Herring and Son, Jerome Shamar Chisolm (Khadijah Ayana Chisolm). She was the proud grandmother of Jerlan Sanaa Chisolm, Jurnee Sarai Chisolm, Jaycee Sariyah Chisolm and Kori Louallen. She leaves behind her loving sister Maryetta Campbell, niece Shermane Gayles (Antoine Gayles) and nephew Steven Campbell Jr (Rashida) and a host of family and friends.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 PM, Friday, June 17, 2022, at Carter Funeral Home in Garland. A visitation will be held prior to the service from 10:30 AM until 12:45 PM at the funeral home.
