Anthony Ladon "Don" Chavious

Mr. Anthony Ladon “Don” Chavious 40 of 812 Bill Town Rd., died Sunday, February 14, 2016.

Mr. Chavious was born November 17, 1975 in Sampson Co. He was educated through the Sampson County School System.  He was known as a “Barber” and “The best Car Detailer” around.  He was employed with Pennington Automotive in Goldsboro, NC.  Mr. Chavious was preceded in death by his father Linzo “Pete” Lee Moore, and God brother, Kim McKoy.

Funeral service will be held at 3:00 P.M. Friday, February 19, 2016 at Hayes Chapel Missionary Baptist Church, by the Reverend Alfred Holston.  Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Chavious is survived by two sons, Alford Donta Chavious of Delway, Jareon Gabriel Blue of Clinton, mother, Antionette Moore of Delway, two sisters, Pamela Butler of Delway, Tamekia Reed of Fayetteville, A God brother, Kenneth “Tont” Ashley., a special friend, Terra King., nephews, Eric, Darious, and Devin Butler, Quadre Reed, CJ Newton, Kaiden Simmons, Jace McKoy and Ajae Kenan, niece, Kitoya Chavious, Destiny Butler, Za Kiya Johnson, Keari Kenan, two brother-in-law’s, Warren Reed and James Butler, 17 aunts, 17 uncles and one great-and two great uncles.  A host of other family and friends, some first cousins whom he was raised up with like brothers and sisters, Chris, Mark, & Shon.

The public will be received Thursday, February 18, 2016 from 1:00P.M.-6:00P.M., with family present from 5:00P.M.-6:00P.M. at Carter Funeral Home in Garland.
