Andria "Papoose" Dawn (Graham) Autry

Andria Dawn Graham Autry was born on May 15, 1968, in Newburg, NY, to the late Patricia Ann Whitted. She was the third of five children.

Andria (affectionately known as Papoose) was educated in Sampson County Public Schools where she graduated from Union High School in 1986. she became a member of Ingold First Baptist Church at a very young age. She served as an advisor to the youth choir, a member of the usher board, and helped in the kitchen for many years. Later she joined Truth and Righteousness Ministries of Dunn where she became an ordained minister. She loved helping others in need with clothing and book-bag giveaways.

Andria had two children, Brent, and Cortney. She was preceded in death by her Mother Patricia Ann Whitted, her brother Patrick Ray Graham, and maternal grandparents Charlie and Gretha Robinson, and Aunt Peggy Anderson.

Andria moved from Newburg, NY at the age of five to Ingold, NC. Andria loved to make everyone laugh. She had many skills, but the one skill that touched her heart was her love of children. She even planned to open her own daycare. On August 31, 2012, she married her beloved husband, Edward Autry. For many years she worked at Sanmina Corporation before it closed. Later she became employed with Berry Global in Benson, until her passing.

Audria Autry departed this life on October 28, 2023. She leaves to cherish her memory, her beloved husband Edward, two children, Brent of Ingold, and Cortney of Newport News, VA, three siblings, Felicia McLamb (Thomas) of Fayetteville, James Robinson (Charmay) of Fayetteville, and John Robinson, Jr., of Oakland, CA, one precious grandson, which was her heart and joy, Zymier Smalls, one uncle Charlie Robinson (Carolyn) of Ingold, one aunt, Paulette Sellers (Henry) of Oxon Hill, MD, and a host of nieces, nephews, one great uncle Glenn Spearman (Minnie) of Clinton, one great aunt, Ambree Spearman of Clinton, sisters-in-law's, Chinitha Corbett, Ann Brown, Priscilla Brayboy (Milton), Christy Autry, Kayla Harrison (Michael), brother-in-law, Robert Autry, and other relatives and many friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at 11:00 AM, Friday, November 03, 2023, at Ingold First Baptist Church, 917 Old US Hwy 701, Clinton. Interment to follow at the Garland Community Cemetery, Hill Circle Road, Garland. Reverend Lamar Johnson will be officiating the service.

A Viewing will be held on Thursday, November 02, 2023, from 1:00-6:00 PM, with the family present from 5:00-6:00 PM, at Carter Funeral Home, 111 N. Ingold Ave., Garland.
