Mr. Robert Earl Howard, 71, of 56 North Powell Street, Garland, NC died Thursday, August 08, 2019 at the Genesis Health Care Center in Mount Olive, NC.
Mr. Howard was born August 25, 1947 in Sampson County, the son of the late Rob Howard and Lizzie Keith Howard. Mr. Howard was preceded in death by two brothers Cleo Howard and Nathaniel Howard.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Saturday, August 17, 2019 at Carter Funeral Home. Burial will follow at the Garland Community Cemetery.
He is survived by two sisters Elnita Howard of Garland and Ethel Tatum of Clinton, and a host of Nieces and Nephews.
The family will receive friends on Friday August 16, 2019 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at Carter Funeral Home.
